DELIVERY CHARGES
Within New Zealand: FREE DELIVERY for orders over $50 or NZD$10 to all destinations in New Zealand for orders under $50. Delivery charges include packaging, delivery and insurance.
International: FREE DELIVERY for international orders $99 or over, or NZD$20 to all international destinations for orders under $99. Charges include packaging, delivery and insurance.
DELIVERY TIMES
Within New Zealand: Delivery within 2-4 working days to New Zealand addresses for orders with payment received before midday (NZST) on weekdays.
International: Delivery within 5-10 working days to Australia, and 7-15 working days for Europe, USA and rest of world.
RETURNS
If an item you receive is the incorrect size, you can return within 10 days of receipt of order (30 days for international orders). The items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. Please notify us first at onlinesales@kiwistuff.net.nz
Kiwi Stuff Limited has the right to refuse refunds if the product is not in its original condition.
Faulty items should be returned to Kiwi Stuff and we will replace or refund at our discretion.
Any items needing to be returned to Kiwi Stuff are to be sent at the customers cost.
