How long does it take for me to receive my goods?
Kiwi Stuff is open Monday-Friday and goods will be dispatched within 2 working days, once payment has been received.

How do I care for my garment?
Please refer to garment labels for detailed washing/care instructions. Kiwi Stuff will not be responsible for damage to garments due to incorrect washing and drying procedures.

Where are Kiwi Stuff goods made?
Kiwi Stuff clothing and travel accessories are designed in New Zealand and made in China.

What methods can I pay by?
When shopping online with Kiwi Stuff, you can pay using PayPal which is a secure payment online system. If you would prefer to pay with internet banking. Simply call our team on 0064 3 380 5000 to place your order this way. All goods will be dispatched once payment is received.

What are the delivery charges?
New Zealand: All orders over $50 = FREE; Orders under $50 = $10.00
International: All orders $99 or over = FREE; Orders under $99 = $20.00
Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance.

The item I have received is faulty - what can I do?
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please contact one of our team on 0064 3 380 5000 or send us an email at onlinesales@kiwistuff.net.nz so we can sort this error out. Any items needing to be returned to Kiwi Stuff are to be sent at the customers cost. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item. Kiwi Stuff have the right to replace or refund at our discretion.

Can I return online purchases?
Yes, if an item you receive is the incorrect size, you can return within 10 days of receipt of order (30 days for international orders). The items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. Please notify us first at onlinesales@kiwistuff.net.nz
Kiwi Stuff has the right to refuse refunds if the product is not in its original condition. Kiwi Stuff does not refund items however an item will be replaced with the correct size. Any items needed to be returned to Kiwi Stuff are to be sent at the customers cost.
